Dialer.io is an outbound sales dialer for sales teams that generate their own leads and need to work them quickly and consistently. It combines dialing with a cadence builder, lead routing and real-time rep tracking. Managers control how every lead gets worked instead of leaving follow-up to individual reps. Teams build call cadences that set when and how often each lead is contacted, and the platform enforces them automatically. New leads can be routed to reps as soon as they come in, which supports speed to lead on inbound and form-fill opportunities. Number rotation keeps caller IDs healthy at high call volumes. Managers see rep activity down to the second, including talk time, conversations held, dispositions, meetings set, seat utilization and script adherence. Reporting also covers contact rate, pickup rate, unique dial rate and skipped records, so sales leaders can see where pipeline is being won or lost. Dialer.io connects to CRMs through native apps, including a sync for GoHighLevel. Onboarding includes building cadences and lead routing with the client, help with CRM integration and platform training for reps. Most teams are live within 7–10 days. Dialer.io is used by sales organizations from small teams to enterprise floors, mainly in the United States, Canada and Australia.
