"Clean dashboard for managing agency client campaigns and inbound leads"
4/5
What do you like best about Dialaxy?

As a digital marketing agency handling high-volume SEO, ad campaigns, and social media marketing, our team needs an environment that bridges client communication and campaign tracking seamlessly. What stands out most about Dialaxy is how effortless it makes assigning localized virtual phone numbers to different clients or distinct marketing campaigns across North America.

Setting it up takes less than five minutes, which is brilliant for an agency moving at a fast pace. The unified dashboard completely changes how we manage leads. When an inbound call or text comes in from a campaign we are running, it lands in a shared feed. This keeps our account managers completely aligned. We can instantly review text strings, voice notes, and past history before jumping on a call, which helps us maintain a highly professional, high-touch relationship with our agency clients without any internal information silos. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dialaxy?

There isn't anything major to complain about, as the platform does exactly what it promises and handles our daily client communications flawlessly. If anything, we are just looking forward to seeing how they expand their feature set in future updates. Seeing even deeper automated reporting metrics or new, native integrations with niche marketing CRMs down the road would be a fantastic addition to an already solid, reliable tool.
