It answers every call 24/7 — nights, weekends, and the hours a small team can't pick up — and handles the call properly rather than just taking a message. Milo books appointments directly into your calendar, captures lead details, answers questions from your own documents and price lists, sends follow-up texts, and transfers to a person when a call needs one. For ecommerce businesses, Dial Milo connects to Shopify and answers the calls stores actually get: where an order is, whether something is in stock and what it costs, and whether a return is still open — read live from the store rather than from a script. Callers confirm who they are before Milo discusses an order, and it never reads a delivery address aloud. Setup takes minutes. Choose a voice, pick a phone number, and describe your business in a few sentences.
