Dial72 is an AI receptionist platform built specifically for HVAC contractors. It helps heating and cooling companies answer inbound customer calls, capture service details, schedule appointments, handle after-hours inquiries, and identify urgent situations that may require escalation. Dial72 is designed around common HVAC workflows, including maintenance calls, no-cooling and no-heat requests, replacement opportunities, and service scheduling. The platform helps HVAC businesses reduce missed calls, improve customer response times, and keep the front office organized without relying on staff to answer every call manually.
