## About dgenious
Dgenious is a business monitoring platform for retailers, retail chains, restaurant chains,... any chain with a lot of points of sale and with a large volume of data (transactions, customers, articles,…). Our solution makes it possible to reconcile a large number of decentralised databases (point of sale system, ERP, CRM, etc.) and offers everyone, from the manager of the point of sale to the CEO, the CFO, the marketing manager or even the franchise manager, the possibility of analysing consumer behaviour in real time. Dgenious offers a modularity, granularity and simplicity of analysis that is unique on the market. Our solution is delivered in less than 30 days and allows users without IT knowledge to play with all their data, in real time and down to the line of each ticket.

**What do you like best about dgenious?**

Its not helpful. It fails to provide us with an understanding of our business operations. I do sometimes find it a bit difficult to comprehend the reports on modes of payment. The reports are overwhelming and difficult to grasp.

**What do you dislike about dgenious?**

It lacks customization options. The generated reports are general. Dont cater specifically to the needs of departments. The system only collects performance indicators in areas such as sales, marketing, and human resources.

**What problems is dgenious solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dgenious is a poor resource management tool. It has provided us with a solution, that is unable to manage our business operations. Its less user friendly interface and features have obstructed us to simplify our processes.
