On invoice totals, the costs list view does not currently surface a running count or total value summary, though exporting to CSV lets you calculate those figures quickly, and the Data Health and Insights module surfaces practice-level activity stats and document volumes per client if you have not explored that yet. On downloads, the number of options can feel like a lot and it is noted for the product team, but the tools menu in your costs or sales inbox lets you select specific items and pick your preferred format from there. On the project sync with QBO, you can manually trigger a refresh by going to Account Settings, then Reload All Lists, to pick up any changes straight away.
