Regarding Fetch, it comes down to the security measures used by supplier portals. As more providers introduce 2FA and additional security steps, it can prevent automated fetching until a supported connection method is available. We continue to monitor and maintain connections as portals evolve, and the best place to check what is currently supported, along with your connection status, is the Fetch connections list in your account. We're also exploring and developing other solutions. For example, our API integration with Amazon Business allows paperwork to flow directly into Dext through an API connection.

As you're already using Auto-Publish, it may also be worth exploring Supplier Rules if you haven't already. These can automatically apply default coding, such as expense category, account, tax rate, and payment method, so recurring items are completed consistently before publishing, helping to reduce manual edits and minimise publishing errors.
