On the occasional Xero un-sync: connections can break if credentials change or the connection expires. An Admin can usually resolve it via Business settings, then Connections, then Manage (Xero), then Reconnect, and then retry publishing. If it keeps happening, Support can review the specific workspace to identify the root cause.
