The rules and behaviour learning piece is genuinely where Dext compounds over time as the more it sees from each client, the less your team has to touch. On the accounting software point, the integration is intentional rather than a gap as Dext is built to be the capture and intelligence layer while QBO or Xero handles the ledger, but it's useful feedback on where the boundaries feel frustrating. If you haven't explored the Dextension for Xero or QBO yet, it lets your team view Dext coding history and document details without ever leaving their accounting software, which closes a lot of that back-and-forth.
