Okay, so to be fair, Devum isn't something you can just pick up and master in an afternoon. There's a definite learning curve. A totally new user will probably need a little guidance from someone with experience with the devum platform to get started.

The documentation is really really helpful for the most part, but because the platform is constantly being updated with new features, the docs for the absolute latest stuff can sometimes lag a little bit behind. You just have to be prepared to do a little exploring on your own. But trust me, you'll figure out stuff easily...
