Most of the time I use Winbox and I have to access more than one Mikrotik. With RDM, I can save the data (login, password, DDNS, port) and I can rename the icon, thus making it easier to access Mikrotik and keeping the RDM tool organized. **What do you dislike about Devolutions Remote Desktop Manager?** The RDM tool is very complete, but there is always room for improvement. When we access servers, virtual machines, or computers, RDM works perfectly. But in my opinion, when we save a webpage to access via RDM, the tool does not work. For example, let's access the Unifi website; the link is saved, but the credentials (login and password) are not filled in automatically. Another thing that bothers me a lot is that when I open Winbox via RDM, sometimes Winbox is not "inside" RDM. I end up with two applications open, Winbox with the panel to make the settings and RDM with a gray screen. This would require a AD account credential not locally stored on my pc, without having to go the extra mile to actually integrate with AD directly. Having the ability to click on one entry and have it launch and authenticate to a VPN and open a connection type is a great time saving After your work is done and you close the session, the VPN can be automatically closed. This tool has saved me countless time over the years, and the best part of all is their free version is almost as feature-rich as the paid Enterprise one. It also is well designed for a team setting so everyone can share sessions and credentials, but individual users can still maintain their own personal logins as well. **What do you dislike about Devolutions Remote Desktop Manager?** There are so many options per session that I am sure I am not utilizing RDM to its full potential. Other than that, I am completely satisfied with RDM and have been happy with the support when I neeed it. Another thing is that you can store data in different data sources like local, mssql, azure mssql ... and if you use a remote data source, you can share connections inside team. You can store documentation about each entry, you can automate things like open vpn connection when you click to connect to server and you can access that server only via vpn. I also like security where you can setup different type of 2FA for using a RDM and for data source. I also must say that their support i great and if you ask for some feature and you can describe why is that goog they will probably implementit. It is also important to know that you can use RDM on windows, linux, mac and on mobile. At the end you can connect RDM with two another Devolutions products Devolution Server and Password Hub to further expand capabilities but that is another story. **What do you dislike about Devolutions Remote Desktop Manager?** it could run faster, but who don't like any program to run faster :) RDM just works and only thing I have noticed it sometimes become unresponsive, and you must kill it, but the same can happen with any program. **Recommendations to others considering Devolutions Remote Desktop Manager:** No need to look further for connection manager software but RDM also have more abilites than pure connection manager organizer.
