It is a good way to fill out forms on the field, without internet and anywhere you may be. **What do you dislike about Device Magic?** Devicemagic gives no refunds no matter what. We were mislead by their poorly designed website and were automatically billed onto our credit card for over 3000$ worth of licenses. We told devicemagic the issue and they were unwilling to give a refund and were told that according to the terms and conditions, they have all the rights to bill us without consent. Very dishonest company, couldn't recommend **What problems is Device Magic solving and how is that benefiting you?** We, unfortunately, did not get to that point ### 2. Terrible Customer Service **Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2021 **What do you like best about Device Magic?** Good UI, easy to make changes, works offline. **What do you dislike about Device Magic?** After cancelling my account and forgetting to switch from annual to a monthly subscription, device magic decided to bill the full annual amount (fair enough as i forgot). I explained the situation that i wasn't using the product but they didn't care and insisted I pay the annual amount regardless (robotically referring to their terms and conditions). They they then sent to a debt collection agency. The product might be decent but they don't care at all about their customers or companies that work with their software. For any prospective customers, I believe Zoho Forms does all that device magic does at a fraction of the price so just go with them. **What problems is Device Magic solving and how is that benefiting you?** Collect Data Offline ### 3. Used to have some nice reasonably priced packages and services. **What do you dislike about Device Magic?** You keep increasing the prices and bumping services into higher paying tiers after you get used to it. Either forcing clients to upgrade to continue using same services and pay more money or cancel. I ended up cancelling. 3 price hikes in a year is not needed when other functionally equivalent services out there cost far less. **Recommendations to others considering Device Magic:** You will spend a lot of time on integration and setup and become dependent on it only to find that they will continuously increase prices and remove services you depend on from your tier to higher tiers of you downgrade to stay in your budgets. It's deceptive. Trying to bank on the sunk cost fallacy. **What problems is Device Magic solving and how is that benefiting you?** Nothing.
