The product does what it advertises it should do. Drag and drop to setup forms makes it easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Device Magic? The pricing of this product has become unpredictable. Prices keep rising and when my last payment was taken, it had jumped from $40.80 a month to $81 with no new users. Calls for an explanation took about 3 weeks and I was told of emails advising me of price upgrades. This was true but I was also told I was on a "special" price plan because I had been a customer for so long. To then double the price, was crazy. For the amount we used this product (maybe 80 forms a month), there is no way I can justify $1000 a year in costs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
