What I appreciated most was the team. From the RFP process through launch, they were responsive, easy to work with, and genuinely cared about getting it right. If something came up or we wanted to try a different approach, there was always someone to talk to who understood what we were trying to accomplish. For the longest time it was always me managing the website. As we grew, I knew that wasn't going to scale forever. One of the best things about working with DevHub was knowing I wasn't the single point of failure anymore. I also liked how fast we could move once everything was in place. The platform gave us a lot more flexibility than what we had before, and it felt like it was built for where we were going instead of where we'd been. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about DevHub? The biggest adjustment for me was honestly just changing the way I worked. I came from a startup mindset where if something broke, I'd just jump in and fix it. Handing some of that responsibility over was uncomfortable at first, especially knowing this platform & team was mostly brought in to replace me. What problems is DevHub solving and how is that benefiting you? As that company kept growing, it didn't make sense for one person to be responsible for the entire website. We needed more redundancy, more support, and a platform that could grow with us. One thing I didn't expect was how much time it would give back. Instead of worrying about the website 24/7, I could focus on building other systems, improving our marketing, and working on projects that moved the business forward. What problems is DevHub solving and how is that benefiting you? DevHub gives us an easy way to offer a myriad of website products, designs, and solutions to our Customers in need of these services. Specifically for Brands that go to market through independent businesses - DebHub gives us the tools and tech to embed branded experiences within siloed domains. Experiences are controlled through Master templates that we can manage directly or our Clients can manage directly - making it easy to scale local marketing across distributed networks. In an era where consumer experience perceptions are elevated at the Brand level - DevHub's products make it easy for our Brand Clients to take back control of how consumers experience their brand, regardless of the retail location consumers are buying from. DevHub has a centralized site building options it is easy to use and very much handy in creating land pages it is great in creating Analytical tracking pages for our own site. Devhub can improve the features and UI overall they don't have much of a dislike and they can improve in integration part remaing all are good and should be made easily useable for begineers by tutorials. Not much to dislike since this product has been developed and perfected over the last 15 years. It lacks some modern-day intelligence built into how the data can be collected to create the pages, a nit really as it works so well and seamlessly that why change anything of its not broke. The automation to launch the platform with existing customers on legacy technology is great. I also like how the team can integrate third party tools to increase the value of their offering.
