**What do you like best about FogBugz?**

Simple user interface with enough options.

**What do you dislike about FogBugz?**

Reports cant be generated like graphs, statistics etc.

**What problems is FogBugz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trying to run a project. Good for a small scale.

**What do you like best about FogBugz?**

It gets the job done. I like the ability to sort emails that come in to customized categories.

**What do you dislike about FogBugz?**

It's functional, but it's not the most aesthetic design. There are some things that could be improved to make it more organized. We ended up using FogBugz for most of our work but tracking it on Workfront since that better allowed us to organize it the way we wanted to have it organized.

**What problems is FogBugz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It enables our app support team to better work together to address people's feedback.
