I have been using Devexpress for more than a year now and I use it in almost all my projects and never have I ever thought of changing them. They are the best in class components with a very good documentation. Customer support is quick and it is very easy to implement and to integrate. Also the performance of the components is very good. I find the API to be reasonably intuitive and well-designed. Excellent documentation and support service. I have been using this for 16 years, and have no complaint. We use the controls in multiple large windows desktop applications. We use the winforms reporting extensively, and like it very much. Probably the ease of use. Once you understand how the cshtml integrates with controllers and the database etc. they are very easy to use. Probably the thing that I find hardest is finding real world examples in the documentation. That said their documentation is extremely extensive but I have struggled to find what I need sometimes. We use it in a school environment and it is allowing the school to code web apps that have reduced manual workload by around 75%. It has also helped the ICT department through simplifying tasks.
