Billfetch is month-end bookkeeping for UK sole traders, online sellers and small limited companies. It pulls receipts and invoices from Gmail, Outlook, a forwarding address and uploads, and transactions from banks, payment providers and marketplaces (Wise, Starling, Stripe, PayPal, Etsy, Shopify, eBay and more). AI reads each document, suggests the supplier, category and VAT, and matches it to the payment, so you only confirm. Missing invoices, duplicates and foreign-currency amounts (HMRC rates) are flagged in one "This month" task list. When the month is done, Billfetch builds an accountant package (summary, records, missing list and documents) or exports to Xero, QuickBooks and FreeAgent. Plans from £6/month, first month free.
