I used to spend the morning fixing locators rather than testing because even a minor UI update would ruin half of my scripts. This maintenance burden has been greatly lowered by DevAssure. I can now allocate automation tasks to peers who don't code, which was previously completely unfeasible, thanks to the record-and-playback flow and AI-generated test cases. Integration required work at first, but it was quite simple to proceed after that. When compared to competitors, the pricing is competitive. and the documentation made the onboarding process very simple. Up until today, the performance has been excellent and user-friendly. **What do you dislike about DevAssure?** Honestly, the biggest issue for me is locator accuracy across different environments. Sometimes a locator works fine on one browser or device but then fails on another, which ends up costing extra time tracking down inconsistencies. The app can also be a little slow to launch at times. It’s nothing major, though, and most of it feels like the kind of thing that should get smoothed out with regular updates. **What problems is DevAssure solving and how is that benefiting you?** For the most part, DevAssure has saved us from the nightmare of test maintenance. In the past, instead of truly identifying defects, a significant portion of our QA time went into patching broken scripts every time the UI changed. That burden has dropped considerably thanks to the self-healing tests, which lets the team focus on actual testing. It has also helped us bring non-programmers into automation. Our coverage has grown without needing to expand the team, because the record-and-playback and AI-generated test cases allow peers without coding experience to contribute meaningfully to automation. One being the ability to save my place on a test case suite while i'm changing selectors so i know where I left off. Another would be being able to organize test cases by moving them within dev assure. Also being able to make a order of what testcases run and when.
