I work in a big corporation, that gets a lot of mentions on everyday basis. With Mediatoolkit, I can keep track of all that mentions, but the tool comes even more useful in situation of communication crises. Mediatoolkit provides an easy to use interface that helps novice and expert users quickly setup searches and being receiving results right away. Keywords and phrases are highlighted for easy identification in results along with visual indicators on tone and other valuable metrics. The Reporting component provides quick quantitative metrics for evaluation; it also allows for a comparison between search folders which is a neat way to evaluate data.
