What is good about Desktime is you set it up for someone and can forget about it. It will log what they are doing and if they are on a website that is not productive, you can white-list it on your end so it will report your employees as using their time wisely. It's a reliable app for us that is not too intrusive. **What do you dislike about DeskTime?** I would like other features available on it, however, one of the things I don't like is that Desktime doesn't accurately report Teams usage. Sometimes our employees are on calls the whole day so it looks like they could be unproductive for hours at a time.
