It often clocks employees out prematurely, either before their shift ends or even mid-shift. The proposed solution to continually monitor the webpage is impractical and disruptive. Furthermore, initial clock-in times are inconsistently registered, often delayed by several minutes regardless of app usage or login time. The stealth mode is very powerful mechanism for all employees whether they work from office, remote and in hybrid form. **What do you dislike about DeskTime?** Sometime we have observed compatibility issues with updated OS where user have stopped the continues tracking on his/ her own, or because of a technical glitch it didn't work. And, also have seen email notification breakdowns. Finally, the recently updated commercial strategy is at very high end. **What problems is DeskTime solving and how is that benefiting you?** This solution easily solved our problem of employee activity monitoring for both office, remote and hybrid that too without much manual intervention. Also I don't know why I'm paying for the admin account when it is not used for time tracking. - The client UI looks a bit outdated - Would be niec to automatically export recordings for emmbers to Google Sheets so I don't need to manually export every week. - Sometimes it does not record the url, only "Google chrome" of "Firefox". - Would be nice to have a self hosted version for privacy reasons **What problems is DeskTime solving and how is that benefiting you?** Time tracking and URL monitoring is the most important for me, and the ability to easily process (export) the data for payroll. ### 43.
