**What do you like best about deskMate?**

deskMate is so incredibly easy to use. I love that I am able to use mobile desktops from anywhere, and it makes training employees a cinch!

**What do you dislike about deskMate?**

It can be a little glitchy when the wifi isn't super strong, but that is easily overcome if you have a mobile hotspot on your cell phone.

**What problems is deskMate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to both train employees and use mobile desktops wherever I am working. It's super helpful not to have to drag more equipment into the field with me.

We sometimes experience glitches when interacting with videos.

In covid situation, Our team and clients are facing issues during remote connection and training. With Deskmate, remote connections are now flawless.
