    "LOVE GROOVE!: I love being able to see who is viewing my emails, create standard templates emails and the ability to send out emails and know which emails get bounced back. not sure why i have to type more words to get a higher word ccoount. The biggest benefit has to be the template emails to clients. I work in lead generation within a sales team so I use Persist IQ everyday and I can't stress how much it's changed my day to day (for the better of course) - the functionality and user adoption is amazing. We used to start out by having 40 calls a day to now exceeding 200 calls going out. The amazing piece is that you can leave a voicemail with each of those calls and really only need to focus in on the calls that patch through. This system allows me to establish tasks with notifications in order to know when the objectives are being reached automatically, it also lets you carry all your work in an organized manner, in order to manage the work times of your team and reporting on what task does it need to be a priority and what are the activities that you should spend the most time on. You can also change the phone number so if you are calling from you cell and want people to call back your office line the called ID will change to the number you want them to dial.
