What I really enjoy is the simple way of having all the main business software under one platform. The team behind Deskera is taking serious the feedback that they get and work really hard. Also really nice is the kanban board styles for the leads.

SUGGESTION: Integrations. are. everything... especially when it comes to a CRM. If it's going to be the complete data hub, it also has to be the robust connection between all my tools. Most work processes that are client facing begin with a form of some kind. Highly process-oriented companies, from small business to enterprise, are going to rely on a robust library of available integrations. So, it's going to be vital to put a high priority on beefing up native integrations, as well as expansion of the Zapier and Integromat (and Integrately and Pabbly Connect) integrations for both triggers and actions. I've tried quite a few all-in-one business management platforms and none seem to integrate Accounting, CRM, and HR functions quite as smoothly and seamlessly as Deskera. I can't say I dislike anything yet, but there is still room for improvement. More integrations would be helpful and accounting reports could use some additional flexibility. I beleive that the Ui/Ux is mainstreamed to make it easier for navigate but has all of fhe features that you would like (and need) to help run your business.
