Installation and setup very easy. Send updates easily. API functions very well for scripts or security systems automation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Many errors are patched here and there, but you won't usually handle them for much time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

DeskAlerts solves our problems by informing our employees of important issues and events. Email that was often ignored or lost was previously trustworthy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is DeskAlerts solving and how is that benefiting you?

DeskAlerts was useful for sending IT communications on scheduled stops or technical problems. It is better than email, because of mistakes made in our email software, so DeskAlerts does so that even with other technical problems people can see warnings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
