Handling of large models. When geometry gets complicated and gets plentiful it starts to struggle. And this is not large assembles, it's assemblies with large models. NX can easily get stuck in an update loop that is often hard to determine what is the cause of the updates. Sometimes the large amount of interconnectivity can be volatile and a simple non-geometric tweak can make an entire model structure update, ultimately ending in no updates to geometry. I really like Designcenter NX because of its seamless integration between modeling and simulation, allowing me to work and simulate at the same time without any lag.
