The direction we provide also needs to call out not to copy something directly because otherwise they will just regurgitate what you provide as an example. **Recommendations to others considering Design Pickle:** Good for production work with specific guidelines - may need a different route for more complex branding work. **What problems is Design Pickle solving and how is that benefiting you?** Additional creative support that the team cannot handle as requests ebb and flow. **Official Response from Caiden Laubach:** > Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. They were quick to get designs back. They also nailed the simplicity of designs. If we needed a basic or quick size change, etc. they were quickly on it. **What do you dislike about Design Pickle?** Design Pickle did not always follow our directions. They listened to about half of the descriptions that we asked for. **Recommendations to others considering Design Pickle:** Design Pickle should be used for very basic designs. Anything much more than that, I had troubles with it. **What problems is Design Pickle solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our team did not have a graphic designer, but Design Pickle did help with that. ### 3. It take little to no time to enter your instructions and your designs are delivered in a timely fashion. **What do you dislike about Design Pickle?** Design Pickle designers do exactly what you tell them, in a literal sense. They don't use much creativity to create their designs and most of the time are a very basic level. **Recommendations to others considering Design Pickle:** If you have consistent designs that need to be made, check them out. If you are looking for a design team to take over a full-time role, this is not for you. This is basically a contractor on staff for you. **What problems is Design Pickle solving and how is that benefiting you?** Design Pickle allows us to outsource our basic graphic designs without any operational drag. I think there might have been a cultural barrier. **What problems is Design Pickle solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed a designer to help with social media posts every month.
