Most of the issues we faced came when the store setup changed (theme updates, side cart integrations, checkout changes). The customisation + pricing logic can become sensitive to cart/checkout wiring, and we had to raise multiple tickets to align the final price between cart and checkout.

This is probably the best web to print software I have found. You have enough control that you can do pretty much everything on your own, but not so much that it is confusing (once you are trained on it). The level of detail and options that you can accomplish with printed product options and pricing is impressive. Our training rep was amazing. He told us to consider him as a member of our team and I have honestly felt that way. We discovered what I wound consider a core functionality that was missing and he got the team to agree to add it without any custom development charges. The initiation process wasn't great. We were given some basic initial training in the early stages before having the training rep, and we were given access to the software at that point too. It wasn't enough training though and it left us confused and frustrated. I think if we would have been connected with our rep sooner, he would have quickly and easily answered our questions and the process would have been smoother. They will promise you the world and you will be lucky if you even receive a working (let alone live) website. Customer support will run you in lots of circles until you just throw your hands in the air, give up and cut your losses as a "learning experience" as what not to do for future. They are not willing to negotiate and will give you lots of calls to talk about what needs to get fixed and they will then tell you how much more $$ it will cost you. But if they fall off the face of the earth for awhile- do not worry, they will be back once it's time to renew your yearly subscription! Also, good luck getting to work with the same team through the process because of the high turnover rate. They should be banned from the print industry. They care nothing about your business and only their bottom line (their last email to me even states it). These are facts and we have documentation for anyone doubting otherwise. 0/10 would recommend and definitely should have asked for several referrals. The product performance is horrible. Site performance is slow. The customer experience is bad because they get tired of waiting for the product to load. Product configuration is very difficult to setup. No training documents were created even though I asked for it for months. The product has a lack of features so we had to buy third party extensions to add to magento. Their customer support staff has had high turnovers.
