They are proactive and supportive. I signed up for design buy but couldn't use it for sometime. I had medical emegency. mean while they took good care of account. I was kept informed and also offered extended support at the time of need. I must say that Deepak took very well care of me. I really appreciate the way customer team is working. It was projected to take 2 months. 14 months later, we have nothing to show for it, and the company is asking for more money. No dispute resolution process.
