I have been using Design0 for two years and recently we upgraded to 1.7. I must admit that DNB team has addressed 90% of the requests we raised in the past months. The Design0 works as a complement to our website. The new features added in the new Design0 1.7 are meticulous. We were slightly concerned about the upgrade as our current business might be affected. Here comes the Project team who upgraded us in 3 weeks, no bugs were reported. After the delivery, we got an extended period for UAT, which relaxed us as we could review and test the new Design0. After handing it over to the customer team we were attended by the CSM Deepak. He made sure all our previous integrations were working as they were. He checked all the checks before putting it live. It all happened in the blink of an eye. Our existing business website was kept live with the older Desogn0. Once we got approval all the integrations were completed in a day and guess what, we were taking orders through the new Design0 1.7. Truly this team has worked hard and the customer made sure I have no unanswered questions. Re-trainings were arranged so that we can get familiar with the new Designo0 1.7. Initially, I would say it was tough to understand these people. Some time I was banging my head where I had moved. Gradually, I experienced improvements in this company. Language was a very big challenge in the initial days. It's been more than 3 years since we have been using this software. Though we are at license. Doing our business in Africa. For the last year, I saw a lot of improvements in the team. I don't know what happened but I am happier than before with the team. On-time resolution, no delay follows up. The customer team is at par and they don't leave you. The new team makes sure your work is completed and takes feedback after the ticket is closed. Their new initiatives are customer-centric. I referred two of my business mates and guess what they got the work completed in 2 weeks only. I am jealous. The customer team does not even listen to you, they understand, talk, and find a solution. Now, I see a long way for this team. Miles to go. Really Happy with the Designnbuy team. Moreover, we were looking for a technology partner who could also extend their support in developing some new features. We came across Designbuy team and found them at par. What I liked is this team cares for you and makes sure you are on the right development curve. There were incidents when our team couldn't understand but designbuy team made sure to give us training. Freedom to integrate with other applications. Adding extensions. Getting new API's written, the best customer support all under one roof. Not only can we create different sites but can customize what products are available in each store. We can marage all of them from our Super Admin panel, which saves a lot of time. So it has taken more time than we would have liked for our team to come up to speed maybe because we are new to the web to print space. For us, as a small family printing company, the most helpful is that with Design’N’Buy we have our own IT and web design department within the company. Without much previous knowledge in these areas, we became recognizable on the market in a short period of time and stood out from the competition because Design’N’Buy enabled us to fully engage in our basic work and to progress. After two years of using it I claim with full responisbility that it would have cost us much more if we had built the web-to-print platform ourselves and paid someone to maintain it all this time. The solutions that were basically offered to us are mostly the ones that we needed, but there were no problems when we changed and adapted them according to the needs of the local market. We mastered most things very easily, and for larger requests, operatives from Design’N’Buy solved our problems in a short time, answered questions, introduced some specifics that we needed. Basically, we have no complaints about Design'N'Buy, and if I had to mention something, it is that we are in different time zones and that our non-working days are different, but that is something that is accepted and easy to get used to, and in Design'N'Buy is trying so that we don't feel it. Also, the Design'N'Buy system is much bigger than ours and they have employees for different issues, but this is overcome by having an account that is responsible for us, so we turn to him/her, and he/she forwards it to those who are specifically responsible for it. Basically, the biggest convenience is that we don't waste time in conversations and correspondence with clients. Design'N'Buy online design and print solution provides answers to all questions and clients know what to expect, what is the price and what is the delivery time. Design tools are simple and if they are used via templates, they do not require any design knowledge and anyone can use them independently. We receive orders that have been prepared for printing and paid for, so that we can devote ourselves to our work. I decided my business needed to offer the ability for customers to customize their products and preview them before checkout to save on our time and to make sure they could check for mistakes before placing the order. I did a lot of research on the available options and I truly believe Design'N'Buy has the best product available for our needs. I booked a demo and was surprised it had features that I wasn't expecting to have as a small business owner and their level of customer support just blew me away...you don't see that much these days, so I was convinced they were the right choice. So far they, have been so extremely helpful - I cannot emphasize enough the level of service we get - and I think this product is going to really take our business to the next level. Currently we have to make the clients give us all their details in a simple text box and then we do our best to lay out the files and hope the customer gave us the correct info and that we are printing it as they envisioned. Big companies like Minted are able to offer in-browser customization where clients can preview in real time what their order will look like. I never thought I would be able to offer that since we are so small, but Design'N'Buy solves that issue and will allow us to compete with the larger companies. In addition to allowing customers to preview their order, they will be able to actually make changes to the design on their own and the system will output a print file, so it makes everything SO automated, saving us time and money. We were having a severe problem with our sites, but management helped find solutions. The communication was always ongoing and all the problems were solved systematically to insure a great cunsumer experience. Can't say enough about my project manager and point person, Deepak Pandey. He took all the wishes and wants. and coordinated the work flow. He fought through every task with precision and usually got things done ahead of his schedules. Being from America, at first, there was a time problem. However, after you understand the work times, it becomes a painless process. The time zone differences between countries in different parts of the world is sometimes challenging, however, so far we have always managed to solve our schedules without problems nor delays. The problem in our webshop has always been the tool for customizing products (in our case mainly printed or engraved signs, stamps and paper print products). Either the tool has been inefficient with lack of functionality or then tool has been to "engineeric" and hard to operate for the end user. Design'N'Buy resolves this issue with their Magento based Design Tool and on top of solving our problems, additional features are built in and provided. Almost any end user can operate the Design Tool and order our products via webshop. This means time and effort savings for our staff so that we can focus on the production. I like that this company has been in the industry for years and their leadership has a strong background in technology and management. Also the fact that I didn't have to start from scratch in designing a solution was extremely important to me. At the same time, they didn't require that I stay in the "out of the box" solution. I was able to communicate my vision and they customized the product accordingly. The Support/Success Team has been amazing, especially Deepak Pandey. I think the product is very, very robust. So for me there was quite a learning curve because I was new to the Web2Print industry. Perhaps this isn't a dislike but more of a recognition that this product's development is very deep and the features are very abundant. Just be prepared to learn and continue learning. So they allowed me to flip the narrative. Instead of just being Web2Print with a design studio, I am able to do the opposite.
