**What do you like best about Design Master HVAC?**

I like the most Feature is the load calculation by the software which is pressure loss and heating and cooling load.

**What do you dislike about Design Master HVAC?**

There is nothing to dislike but in the initial stage, operators take time to learn and adopt this type of software which I took in the beginning. i would like to see some basic instruction in the initial stage.

**What problems is Design Master HVAC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem for me is the possible routing which the Design master completely solves. the software provides the best possible connection while routing duct systems.
