All deliverables go through an Art Director for quality approval, ensuring top-notch results. Their flexible and practical billing structure (with a great roll-over offering) makes budgeting easy and predictable. Communication is consistently excellent, and they provide design files in a variety of formats (including Canva and InDesign) which gives us great flexibility on our end. **What do you dislike about Design Force?** The only minor challenge is that sometimes the initial concepts miss the mark and require more detailed direction from our side. However, they are responsive and willing to make adjustments to meet our expectations. **Recommendations to others considering Design Force:** Highly recommend! Especially if you are a under-resourced team who need an affordable creative agency **What problems is Design Force solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were searching for a creative agency that could keep up with the fast-paced demands of our start-up. As a small marketing team, we needed a design partner capable of delivering quick turnarounds, sometimes within 24 hours. We were lucky to find Design Force!
