What do you like best about Descript?

I like that Descript is fast and that it allows me to edit videos using the script instead of the timeline. I appreciate the filler word removal feature, which helps eliminate any filler words like 'HHH' or 'HUH' and decreases the time required for editing. The studio sound feature is also great. Using Gap Clips to sync the voice with demo steps is a significant time saver for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Descript?

I’ll be the first to admit that I’m a complete beginner when it comes to editing YouTube videos. My entire career has been spent behind a keyboard rather than working with a camera, so video editing doesn’t come naturally to me. However, AI video editing agents in tools like Descript have truly been a lifesaver. They automatically remove filler words and awkward pauses, making the final cut sound polished without requiring me to spend hours working in the timeline. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Descript?

The Underlord Agent is clearly still in its early stages, so I've found it challenging at times to get it to complete tasks for me. However, I'm optimistic that as time goes on, it will become much more useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Descript?

I find the transcription feature in Descript makes editing so much easier and faster than anything else I've used. I like the ease of use and the AI tools like removing filler words and regenerate. The regenerate feature really helps when there are internet errors during our remote recordings for the podcast, as it makes fixing these issues simple. The initial setup of Descript was very easy, and I would highly recommend it to others, giving it a 10 out of 10. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
