Initially it was the lack of brokerage tied to the the Enterprise level TMS solution. I would like more mobile functions and a continued improvement of automation and carrier database capabilities. The various ways to tender out loads to carriers gives us the option to get the best rate from the market. Capacity agreements on day level makes the tender proces very efficient and avoids unnessecary communication to our carriers. It's a new product based on the newest technology so we are convinced that we can use 3GTMS for the next 10 years. The tool enables us to allocate loads according to agreed business rules that take the agreements with customers and carriers into consideration. This does not happen often but occasionally there are issues that may not be identified right away by either us or 3GTMS.
