We have managed to integrate in multiple countries/markets/3PL's and create a global Control Tower with realtime tracking, analytics, cost and invoice matching that is solid and reliable. Understanding exactly where our product is currently located and allow us time to analyze and optimize our transport flows and spend. Ease of implementation. It was very straightforward to implement at all locations. Ease of use, it is very simple and straightforward to use. Able to get data easily, and set up many different automatic reports. Responsiveness is also very good. They are quick to respond, and quick to get an answer/result. The Flexibility of the tool allows for tailoring the software to the users needs. It creates various options to model our different businesses, compared to previous systems.
