As a shipper moving grain and dry bulk fertilizer with hopper bottoms and end dumps, Descartes’ MyCarrier Portal has become an increasingly valuable part of our workflow. It’s not a perfect system, and by that I mean they're constantly adding and improving, which is great, but it has made a meaningful difference in how we manage carriers, maintain compliance, and protect our operation from unnecessary risk.

One of the biggest advantages we’ve seen is how the platform helps reduce exposure to fraud. In an industry where double brokering, identity spoofing, and paperwork manipulation are becoming more common, having a centralized, structured environment to interact with carriers is a major benefit.
