What's missing is understanding if the driver stopped sharing, if the app was force-closed, if GPS was disabled, or if the driver was not onboarded correctly. Adding recent codes for issues like driver app and active location permissions being disabled, the device not reporting GPS, or tracking accepted but never started, even just a simple label for compliance failure due to driver inactivity, would massively reduce the guesswork. I really appreciate being able to track my truckload shipments in real time, both before and after pickup. This feature is particularly useful when trucks are running late for pickups and I have to coordinate with shipper personnel who may need to stay after hours to load.
