"Game-Changer for Real-Time Delivery Tracking"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Descartes MacroPoint?

I use Descartes MacroPoint to track and trace trucks for our deliveries, which connects our stores with real-time delivery updates and helps us protect against unproductive time at the store. I like the exceptional customer service combined with reporting capabilities to support performance. The enhancements of the AI agents and the overall support are also beneficial. The availability of the agents supports the carrier and store network effectively, especially with real-time visibility and tracking. I found the setup very intuitive and it integrates well with our TMS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
