Perhaps its the basic level account that we've purchased but it's not user friendly to me. Also, I have trucks OTR 24/7/365 -- it's a bummer that macro helpdesk hours are limited. **What problems is Descartes MacroPoint solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tracking keeps an honest man honest.
