The intuitive user Interface makes the system navigation easy for our end users which in turn makes rolling the system out to multiple sites/users very simple. The configurability to tailor the system for every level of user from Driver to Managing Director. Also the ability to configure for different operating centres with different goals and strategies. The service centre is always more than accommodating to any requests and turn around any issues in a timely manner, in fact this is one of the standout features of dealing with Descartes. For a business with over 1000 users running on the system daily with some quite complex integrations to other platforms and services, the whole operation is slick and offers huge benefits in time saving and fleet efficiency.
