This system has been in use on our end for about a year and had caught several bad actors in our customer/vendor base that we should not be using based on several governmental databases. We have been able to shut these companies down in our system to prevent us from taking sales orders and/or shipping sensitive inventory to bad actors, which in turn saves us from heavy fines or the revoking of out ability to ship to other countries. It has been well worth our investment. The best part is that all of our customers/vendors are in a Dynamic Screening List (DSL) that is run against the governmental databases nightly and anytime there is a change we are notified immediately. Their customer support is timely and very helpful with regards to setting up new user and configuring usage of their APIs. Implementing this the Denied Party Screening was simple and when we receive possible hits for bad actors the emails are easy to use and get to the data we need to see. The Frequency of use of this system is daily, sometime multiple times a day as we add new customers and vendor. Our company could not be happier with the results. There aren't many dislikes, but I would like to be able to setup new users of the system on my end as an admin, but I cannot and have to put in a support ticket to add them. It has solved the problem of understanding who the bad actors are in our customer/vendor base to help us shut them down so we are not shipping illegally to them, thus preventing heavy fines or loss of ability to ship to other countries.
