I like that I am able to audit my teams screenings. That allows me to see what is being missed and what are we great at from a compliance perspective. 2nd: Being able to create a distribution list saves me countless minutes typing emails. The team was able to implement and integrate in to their SOP easily on 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift. I have changed roles since last submitting a review. I ensure my team checks their RPS daily to clear hits in ENVOY. Envoy allows us to check the hits from the portal without logging in to our Descarted portal. What do you dislike about Descartes Denied Party Screening? I dislike that the system ENVOY does not clear teh HIT daily for a repeat visitor. Our team has to clear the hit daily. Why cant the system use a fuzzy logic code to see if we previously did it recently? I think its because a person can violate something but if we are clearing the same 10 or 15 year violation, why cant the system recognized that THIS violation was cleared for THIS person already. The problem it is solving is, allowing our site be compliant with ITAR and Export regulations of every visitor. This allows us to not have any violations at our site to satisfy L3Harris requirements. It benefits me in the way that I can demonstrate to my superiors with copies I recieve that we have no global trade compliance violations, proving we have an effective security team and procedure to enforce this. It is so easy to screen even if limited data on the customer is available. It is easy to create a pdf report and save/share the results.
