Sometimes technical issues, not possible to download data, data seems to be missing sometimes from certain sources.. therefore double check in some weeks is always needed.. the more specific query you create the more the likelihood of "losing" some data might happen as the "conditions" set are not always working properly. I really like how easy and simple it is to import and export data. Everything is easy to find which saves a lot of time plus I can quickly filter the data. I also like how the reports are clear and easy to read, even if you're not an expert.. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
