I like that Descartes Customs & Compliance Suite is user-friendly and provides quick transmission. The CAD adjustment/correction feature is a huge benefit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Descartes Customs & Compliance Suite?

I don't like how the Precarm CAD 2 corrections don't display the CBSA approval or denied message within the visual importer platform. It's frustrating that they stay in approval pending status, and the only way to find out the decision is by logging into CARM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
