Update on invoice line not always work. i.e. after entering the surtax info type "v" doesn't always get updated. When this happens you have get out of the entry and update the part number from the Item List and go back to the entry and update the line.

One of my wish list is unit of measure automatically show based on customs tariff. If HS require NMB show NMB instead of EA Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the Functional WMS for FTZ in Descartes Customs & Compliance Suite because it allows me to apply MIDs without having to create an ORG code, which is much more convenient compared to using CargoWise that lacks a WMS and requires an ORG code for all MIDs. The ACE manifest query results and most queries. The ACE query results are difficult to read with the data embedded in unnecessary text. The initial setup was kind of difficult because there are tiny icons to click which were unrecognizable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The query builder and viewer is the most helpful functions for my role, though I do also update UPCs in the system. I use query viewer almost daily. The ability to customize reporting, especially for complex data, is imperative for my role. For the most part, these functions are straightforward and easy to use. This has also made it easy to make SOPs and Work Instructions for my functions. I haven't delt with customer directly, but I've heard from my coworkers that Descartes is usually very helpful and eager to help with requests to changes in the platform. I mostly use the query functions for my role, aside from making UPC updates in the system. I would say as far as updating UPCs in the system, the ability to do mass updates is still being polished. For queries, the function to filter the report before running and downloading it doesn't seem to always work.
