I dislike how many system glitches and shut downs there have been in the past year. I'm not sure if it's a CBP server issue or a Descartes NetCHB issue, but the slow down on transmissions made it really hard for us to go about our daily operations. I love the almost personalized support. It seems like the same tech support rep answers my questions or troubleshoots technical issues each time. What originally attracted me and my company to the product was the ability to upload large files of entry data to save time instead of having to spend hours manually entering individual lines. I like that weekly and sometimes daily updates are listed on the Resources landing page. It keeps you up to date on the newest features available. Software is very simple to setup & get accustomed to. Having cloud based means I'm able to simply login online and be 100% operational. Certain things can be annoying. For example, I have to enter the state manually each time, and I wish it would auto-populate based on the port code being used. On the invoice page, I also wish there were a function to rearrange the HTS codes into the correct order, instead of deleting and re-entering everything one by one just to fix the sequence.
