What do you like best about Descartes Aljex?

The best feature is tracking for all drfivers, never faces any issues with tracking of shipment, My team creates more than 60 shipments per day and i never get any complanit for ALJEX, It is extremley easy to access and keeps the track of all the shipments in a proper manner, It gives us every possible options to add for Tarps, w/ slides. They have the best and the most easy interagtion in the market, the customer support is availble 24/7. The software is very easy to implement even when i get a new agent on board. What do you dislike about Descartes Aljex?

What do you like best about Descartes Aljex?

I like the feature when you are on the homepage, you can put the cursor over a load and it will tell you different aspects of the load without clicking into

I like how loads are automatically posted to DAT Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Descartes Aljex?

I do not like that you cannot put in a check call and it will calculate the miles and distance from the receiver for you

What do you like best about Descartes Aljex?

It is a useful and a very helpful software which helps me extract the AR/AP reports and post the payments on each load/shipment via different modes. Apart from that it helps in tracking the payment history and timeline. Reports generated from Aljex helps in reconciling the records with the other accounting software. What do you dislike about Descartes Aljex?

It slows down the browser and hangs the system. Also, whether the payment has been made to a carrier or it's factoring is not be specified on the software after the payment has been issued. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Descartes Aljex solving and how is that benefiting you?

Aljex helps me to keep a record of every shipment. Documents for both the client and the carrier can be uploaded on the software which saves a lot of time and effort. Apart from that the shipments can be tracked in the system later very easily, whenever required, as it creates a unique PRO number for each load/shipment. The best part being that these PRO numbers can also be VOIDED (cancelled) if a shipment has been or gets cancelled after the initial booking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
