I like how Depositphotos gives me access to a wide range of images, particularly for banner and hero images on my website and sometimes to use on social media. It's extremely easy to set up, as I just needed to provide my email address and create a password. The setup process was straightforward and quick, making it user-friendly. What do you dislike about Depositphotos? I sometimes find that there aren't any suitable images for things I've searched for or there is a small range but I'd like more options. I'm much more likely to find specific photos for news articles that require photos, especially those marked for editorial use only. I also appreciate that I can find location-specific stock photos that make some of my features more visually appealing. (Usually in California locations like SF) Choosing sizes is easy, and many free images don't count toward the monthly allotment. Downloading is easy, too. Sometimes there are generic descriptions for the photos and it takes a while to find the one I specifically want. All stock photos sites are apparently like that, however. I often need photos of, for example, police but they need to have the correct locality uniform. So I am happy that I can find them more easily on Depositphotos. The search and filtering tools are excellent—you can sort by orientation, color, subject, and even whether or not to include people—which means it’s quick to dial into exactly what you need, whether it's for a website, social media, or client work. The collection itself is impressively broad, featuring photos, vectors, and illustrations that stand out for their clarity and professionalism. You’re not stuck with just one size either; you get choices from small (for web) to ultra-HD, so it’s flexible no matter the use case. I especially appreciate the extra touches, like recommended searches and “similar images”—it’s a time-saver for brainstorming or finding the perfect visual for niche topics. The AI generator, while capable, still sometimes produces generic results if you don’t give it a specific prompt, and not every image nails what you’re imagining right away—so it pays to be descriptive and try a few times. I've used Depositphotos now for a few months and the quality of photos available continue to get better and better. The AI upload feature is worth the cost by itself as I can easily find thematic images by uploading an image having it find more just like it, but not exactly the same. This website is one of the best sources to buy stock pictures. Being Web Designers, we regularly need stock pictures for websites we make. The range here is huge. Not only you will get Photos, but you will also be able to buy Vector Files, Videos, Music files etc. So, this is an all-in-one solution for all your requirements. I have been using deposit photos for several years now, and I have never had any problems with them. They have a ton of features. There are some minor things that it needs - to only work with the pricing section for including everything under one pack, such as Images vectors, videos, and music.
