DEON is very easy to learn and work with. You don´t really need lots of explanations to start working and creating your own spaces.

It facilitates virtual collaboration and enables me and my colleagues to work together without delay. We use it a lot for workshops, trainings, meetings, ... Even if there are participants who have never worked with DEON before, a few minutes at the beginning of the meeting are enough to provide everybody with the neccesary information to work together.

Features like timer, library or the implentation of PowerPoint, Word, Teams and Skype into DEON facilitate our meetings and workshops as we have one common plattform instead of using many different tools.

DEON is more than merely a whiteboard. It is an excellent workspace for remote working teams. Instead of getting lost in the middle of documents (ppt, excel, word etc). DEON allows you to truly collaborate in visually very attractive project rooms, where you can have all your important documents opened up next to one another. As of right now, there ist no browser-based solution, which makes it impossible for us, to work with all of our clients with DEON.

It´s super easy to work with DEON. The Navigation is very intuitive and easy. When I used DEON the first time I was really suprised how useful, easy and great the Tool is. You can design the spaces like you want and every participant is active. I mainly use DEON for workshops and team meetings. It´s cool that you can brainstorm, work and document everything.
