Dently is practice management software for independent and multi-location dental clinics. It runs in the browser with nothing to install, on a computer, tablet or phone. - Per-dentist schedule: a day view with one column per professional, appointment states, blocked slots and holidays. - Patient record: clinical history, progress notes, odontogram, consents with remote signing, files and X-rays, and clinical alerts such as allergies. - Treatment plans: from the odontogram to the plan and the estimate, which the patient accepts from a link. - Invoicing: invoices and credit notes, payments and export for your accountant. - Automatic reminders by email and WhatsApp, with patient confirmation. - Growth: clinic metrics, win-back of patients who have not come in for a while, and satisfaction surveys. - Step-by-step guides inside the app to learn every feature. Simple pricing: €50 per clinic per month plus tax, everything included, with no per-user or per-chair fees. 14-day free trial, no card needed. Coming from another system? We migrate your patients for free. Data hosted in the European Union. Available in Spanish and English.
