It covers order intake, production stages, inventory, costing, invoicing, and delivery tracking, all in a bilingual Arabic and English system. The product is built for Saudi Arabia and supports ZATCA e-invoicing, QR-based shop-floor scanning, live order visibility, and secure collaboration between clinics and labs. Dentists can submit cases with tooth charts, attachments, and price estimates, while labs can route work through queues, assign tasks, track technician progress, and manage accounts receivable. It is designed to reduce manual follow-up, improve case quality, and keep both sides aligned from order to payment.
